-No exchanges on lash purchases, unless you have received a damaged or defective lash. If you've received a defective lash, please send an email within 3 days of receiving your lashes and you will be eligible to exchange the lash for the same style. Worn or used lashes will not be considered damaged and cannot be exchanged
-No cancellations on already placed orders
-Please allow 3-5 business days (not including Sunday) for items to ship
